Privacy policy

Content Desk stores account, workspace, brand, content, approval, and publishing information needed to provide the service. Social account tokens are handled only by protected server services and are never sent to the browser.

How data is used

We use submitted information to authenticate users, isolate agency workspaces, manage approvals, store private media, and publish content only after an authorized user explicitly schedules or publishes it.

Retention and requests

Temporary publishing-media copies are retained for no more than 30 days. Contact the account administrator to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data.
